(Español ⬇️)’Life is to be felt, not thought’. I enjoy logical thinking and it is very important in our lives but I feel our society is way more in their heads than the senses. Doubt, perception, judgment, wrong beliefs are all product of the mind. Perhaps we should feel more and appreciate life through the senses. We cannot change the past and we create our future in the now. All we have is Now. #streetartmexico #streetarteverywhere #arteurbano #villanaart ————————————————————- "La vida se siente, no se piensa". Disfruto del pensamiento lógico y es muy importante en nuestras vidas, pero siento que nuestra sociedad está mucho más en la cabeza que en los sentidos. La duda, la percepción, el juicio, las creencias erróneas son producto de la mente. Quizás deberíamos sentir más y apreciar la vida a través de los sentidos. No podemos cambiar el pasado y creamos nuestro futuro en el ahora. Todo lo que tenemos es el ahora.🌱

(Español ⬇️) We are here to unravel everything that is hidden within us. We are here to accept our darkness as well as our light, to unpeel layers of heaviness that has accumulated over the years. Shadow is any thought, feeling, impulse that we cannot bear to face, the unconscious aspects of ourselves that we have not accepted within us, so we project them in others, rather than see them in ourselves. As Carl Jung said ‘Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.’ To awaken to our projections was one of the things Jung said was an absolute necessity for the individual and collective to evolve. Estamos aquí para aceptar nuestra oscuridad y nuestra luz, para quitar capa tras capa de pesadez que se ha acumulado a lo largo de los años. La sombra es cualquier pensamiento, sentimiento, impulso que no podemos soportar, los aspectos inconscientes de nosotros mismos que no hemos aceptado dentro de nosotros, por lo que los proyectamos en otros, en lugar de verlos en nosotros mismos. Como dijo Carl Jung "hasta que no hagas consciente al inconsciente, este dirigirá tu vida y lo llamarás destino". Despertar a nuestras proyecciones fue una de las cosas que Jung dijo que era una necesidad absoluta para que el individuo y el colectivo evolucionaran.
